Order Cancellation Policy
Orders placed on Nexgrill.com are processed in real time to ensure fast fulfillment. Because of this:
- We are unable to modify, cancel, or reroute orders once they have been placed.
- Please double-check your order details, shipping address, and any discount codes before submitting your purchase.
- Discount or promo codes must be applied at checkout. We cannot retroactively apply discounts or issue refunds for codes not used correctly.
- Placing an order does not guarantee availability. Nexgrill reserves the right to cancel orders at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, inventory limitations, quality concerns, suspected fraud, or incorrect customer information.

Return Eligibility
If you need to return an item, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging intact.
- Items that show signs of use, wear, or installation are not eligible for refund.
- All sales are final on replacement parts and select promotional items unless otherwise stated.
- Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We do not provide return labels.

How to Request a Return
All returns must be authorized prior to shipment. To obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number:
- Visit our Contact Page
- Select “Returns” from the inquiry options
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Await a response with your RGA number and return instructions

Return Shipping Instructions
Once you receive your RGA:
- Include your packing list and contact information inside the return package
- Clearly mark the RGA number on the packing slip and the outside of the box

Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection of your return
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- A $15 restocking fee applies to orders that are undeliverable, refused, or returned without prior authorization. Orders under $15 will not be refunded.

Shipping Address Policy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate, and safe-to-deliver address (no P.O. Boxes). We are unable to edit addresses once the order has been submitted.
- Nexgrill is not responsible for packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.
- Please confirm your shipping details before completing checkout.
