So, he created a grill recipe that promises a perfect proportion of all your favorite toppings with each and every bite. As long as you're chowing down, you'll be loaded up on the aforementioned staples - cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chives - without ever running into plain, boring potato.

  • 6 medium red potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation


  1. Slice the potatoes into 1/4-inch-thick rounds. Be sure to use red potatoes for a delicious and colorful dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix up some garlic powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil. This flavorful mixture will coat your potato rounds and make them absolutely irresistible.
